Bakersfield, lead by 113 pound Champion Sergio Escobar, was able to hold off a hard charging squad from Liberty (Brentwood) to win the Lou Bronzan Invitational. Liberty had 4 individual champions but came up 9.5 points short of the Drillers. Del Norte finished 3rd with 161.5 points.
